Privacy policy

Data collected

Only the data you submit through the project enquiry form is collected: name, company or project name, email, phone, sector, service type, languages, estimated pages, estimated budget, target date, and project description.

Purpose of use

Data is used to reply to your enquiry and prepare a scope and proposal. It is not used for marketing without your consent.

Sharing

Enquiry data is not sold, and it is never shared with commercial third parties for advertising: your name, email, phone, company and project description never leave our systems to any advertiser. Hosting and email services may be used to operate the site and receive messages. The single exception is optional advertising measurement: if you explicitly agree, only limited measurement data is sent to Google (an opaque enquiry ID, and a fixed placement label on a WhatsApp click), exactly as described in the Google Ads measurement section below, with none of the details you submitted.

Retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time via the email address on the contact page.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses browser local storage to remember your language choice, your advertising-measurement choice, and to avoid counting the same enquiry twice. Only if you allow measurement, Google may set its own ad click measurement cookies.

Google Ads measurement (optional)

If you explicitly agree, the Google Ads tag is loaded and one event is sent when a project enquiry is successfully saved, so we can see which campaign led to it. Nothing you typed in the form is sent: no name, email, phone, company, project description, or WhatsApp message text. Only an opaque internal enquiry ID is sent, purely to avoid double counting, with no monetary value. The recipient is Google. Ad personalization, analytics measurement and customer-data matching are not enabled. You can decline from the start or change your choice later via the "Ad measurement settings" link in the footer; declining stops future events and clears our measurement cookies where possible. A secondary event is also sent when any WhatsApp button on the site is clicked; it carries only a fixed placement label (such as "footer" or "form") — never the phone number, message text or link — and is never counted as a completed enquiry. This choice is separate from the privacy checkbox in the enquiry form, and declining never blocks your enquiry.

Hosting and logs

The hosting provider may record basic operational data such as IP addresses and request logs to run and protect the site. These are technical logs and are not used for ad personalization.
